Integrity Web Design is a digital agency for the design and development of websites, online stores, and related digital assets. Through the site you can learn about our services, browse our portfolio, leave an inquiry, fill out a client brief, and chat with us directly.

The actual engagement regarding development of a site for you is finalized only after signing a separate quote or detailed work agreement, and is not done through the site itself.

You may use the site for personal purposes, legitimate business needs, and requesting/receiving an offer for our services.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Any action that harms or may harm the proper functioning of the site or its servers, including intrusion attempts, code injection, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or unauthorized automated scanning.
• Using site content for commercial purposes at third parties without prior written approval.
• Collecting data from the site via scraping, bots, or other automated tools.
• Sending unsolicited commercial content (SPAM), offensive, threatening, inciting, misleading content, content infringing copyright, or anything contrary to law.
• Impersonating another person or entity when using forms or chat.

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms, including blocking IP addresses and initiating legal proceedings in serious cases.

All content on the site — including designs, graphics, text, source code, videos, images, logos, slogans, illustrations, and site structure — is the exclusive property of Integrity Web Design and is protected by copyright laws in Israel and worldwide.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works, make publicly available, or commercially use this content, in whole or in part, without our explicit prior written consent.

Trademarks and logos of our clients' brands appearing in the portfolio belong to their legal owners and are displayed on the site with their consent or for portfolio presentation purposes only.

The site, its content, and accompanying services are offered to you "AS-IS", without any representation or warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will meet the specific needs of any user, nor that its use will be continuous, error-free, virus-free, or immune to unauthorized access.

Information displayed on the site — including prices, promotions, packages, service details, and timeline estimates — is for initial impression only and does not constitute a binding offer under contract law, except after signing an individual written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Web Design, its owners, employees, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or inability to use it, including loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational damage, or any business losses.

In the event a competent court determines that our liability applies despite the above, our total aggregate liability shall not, in any case, exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service subject to the complaint (if paid), or a sum of NIS 500 — whichever is lower.

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, update, modify, add to, or remove these terms, the services offered on the site, and the structure of the site itself — without prior notice.

The updated version of the terms will always be published on this page, and will apply to your use of the site from the date of publication. Your continued use of the site after the terms are updated constitutes consent to the new terms.

These terms, use of the site, and any dispute arising from them shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, without application of conflict-of-law rules.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or the site is granted to the competent courts in Israel, and to them alone.
