Welcome. At Integrity Web Design we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide while using our site. This document details what data we collect, what it is used for, how it is stored, and what your legal rights are with respect to it.

01.Site Owner & Contact

The site is operated by Integrity Web Design — a web design and development studio operating in Israel.

02.What Data We Collect

While using the site, the following data may be collected about you:

Contact forms & client brief

Full name, email address, phone number, and the content of the message or brief you choose to share with us.

Technical browsing data

IP address — stored encrypted only (SHA-256) and cannot be reversed to the source address. We also collect visit date and time, browser type and version, and screen resolution.

Cookies & local storage

The site uses cookies minimally, mainly for: Facebook Pixel to measure ad effectiveness (optional, subject to your consent), and localStorage to identify your conversation in our live chat system. You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

Chat messages

Any message you send in the live chat is stored on our servers to enable continued responses and conversation history.

03.Purposes of Data Collection

The data is collected and used solely for the following purposes:

  • Improving the quality of service and user experience on the site.
  • Contacting prospects and potential clients who left an inquiry.
  • Producing anonymous statistics about site usage patterns.
  • Targeted marketing activity (only with your explicit consent).

04.Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. The data is stored on Hostinger servers, located in the European Union and/or Israel, and meets standard data security practices.

Exceptions: cases where we are required by law to disclose data (e.g. court order), or as needed to protect our legal rights.

05.Your Legal Rights

The Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 grants you rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Right of access — to request to see the information held about you.
  • Right of correction — to request that incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information be corrected.
  • Right of erasure — to request that information be deleted from our databases.

To exercise these rights, please contact us in writing at barohana11@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with the law.

06.Data Retention Period

  • Technical browsing data is retained for up to one year from collection.
  • Client inquiries and correspondence are kept until manual deletion upon your request or at our discretion.
  • Data required to be kept by law will be retained for the period required by law.

07.Information Security

We employ advanced security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure connection via HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
  • Password hashing in the database (one-way hash).
  • SHA-256 encryption of IP addresses.
  • Access logging to admin systems and permission controls.

However, given the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity against unauthorized intrusions.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any update will be published on this page and take effect from the publication date. Please revisit this page periodically to stay informed of changes. The last update date appears at the top of the document.

09.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this policy or to the use of the site is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
